AS COOK
Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, you will have to:
Ensure that the food is adequate and that you prepare and the technical data sheets
You will carry out, coordinate and manage in an autonomous and rational manner all the operations of your party necessary for the setting up, preparation and dressing of dishes within the framework of the technical and aesthetic standards of the establishment.
Assist in assessing supply requirements and managing inventories and orders
Comply with HACCP and safety standards
